It should be taken with or without food preferably in the morning, to avoid frequent urination at night. This medicine may cause dehydration, so it is better to take plenty of fluids. Inform doctor if you develop extreme thirst and muscle weakness. Some patients may develop swelling of ankle as a side effect of using this medicine.

How Amlovas H Tablet works
Amlovas H Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide which lower blood pressure effectively. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body by increasing the amount of urine produced. What if you forget to take Amlovas H Tablet?
